Some goat yoga info>>>
We ask that you bring your own old towel from home to use. We will have some mats that will be disinfected after each class if your towel gets a "present" from a goat but we do not have enough for everyone to use. Regular yoga mats are not advised as the goats have been known to snack on them. An outdoor sink to wash your hands is on site as well as hand sanitizer & baby wipes for your use after class. You might want to bring sunscreen or bugspray (please apply near your car before class). Feel free to bring your water bottle & phone for pictures in with you.
We will send out an email to all registered guests before the start of each session with detailed directions (GPS doesn't always like our address) and a few tips for class. If there is a weather cancellation you can use your ticket for any other event that is not sold out for up to a year. Keep an eye on your email and our fb page for weather cancellations. if we need to cancel we will get you signed up for another class or give you a gift card to use yourself or give to a friend/family member. Due to us allowing rescheduling, we do not offer refunds. Thank you for understanding.
Ages: we ask for participants to be 8 years old and up. We sometimes offer a big/little class that is better suited to younger yogis attention span.
Cost: Our regular class sessions are $25. This amount goes to the yoga instructor, goat helpers, purchases of supplies and the rest goes back to the goats in feed, vet bills and other items. We also have speciality classes that range in costs up to $40 but include something along with your class, such as glass of wine, plants, soap and so on.
We ask that you do not show up more than 10-15 min before class as we are usually still getting the farm ready for our guests, feeding goats or other barnyard chores.
Please take time to visit our farm shop while you are here as we have a variety of local vendors with so many unique handmade items for sale!
